Can you exchange Cyprus pounds at Heathrow even though they’re out of circulation now?

The ONLY place where you can exchange Cyprus pounds is at the Central Bank of Cyprus, in Cyprus.

An address for cyprus to see if you mail your home bank of your notes into their central bank or contacting the central bank of cyprus that doesnt necessarily mean it doesnt exist try asking at major branch of cyprus most other countries will do it without actually travelling back to see.
